The conference will take place in Pancoe Auditorium, rm 1101 in the
building marked most clearly as "2200 Campus Dr." (The full name is
The Arthur and Gladys Pancoe–Evanston Northwestern Healthcare Life Sciences Pavilion). FYI the Pancoe Auditorium is also known as "Abbot

From Tech, Pancoe Auditorum is to the south west. The most direct
route means going outside and walking across the street, exiting from
the lower level door near the chemistry office. However, if the weather
is bad it is possible to take passageways. If you find yourself at an
Einstein Bagels, go downstairs.
For those parking on Friday, we recommend parking at Orrington Hotel
and walking up Sheridan. If that is not practical, please check the firt map above. Keep in mind that a NU Visitor Permit is required from 1819 Hinman, and you may only park in lots marked with "yellow" (luckily, this includes the lot across from Tech, however there's still quite a walk). If you have medical need for a close spot, there are many options--but please check with 1819 Hinman to make sure you're not towed.
For those parking on Saturday, the closest lot is "122" as labeled in
the second map above, and no permit is required. The best door into Pancoe is directly across to the Allen Center, i.e., keep going left until you see construction.
